Important Notice Regarding Rental Property Availability

The Bridgehaven at Citrus Park community maintains a rental cap to preserve the character and financial stability of our neighborhood, as outlined in our governing documents. 

 

Current Status: AT CAPACITY
Please be advised that we have reached the maximum number of authorized rental units permitted under our current policies, which is 10% of total units. Currently, no new leases may be intitiated. 

 

For Homeowners:

  • Any homeowner wishing to lease their property must first apply to be placed on the official Rental Waiting List.
  • Properties must not be advertised for lease, and no lease agreements may be made until the owner receives written authorization from the Board of Directors.
  • Violations of this policy may result in significant daily fines and other enforcement actions, including tenant eviction.

 

For Prospective Tenants:

  • We recommend verifying the rental eligibility of any unit with the Bridgehaven at Citrus Park Association Office through NewGauge Property Management before submitting a rental application or providing any deposits.
