The townhome community consists of 128 homes. The community was originally built by CalAtlantic and Lennar.

Bridgehaven at Citrus Park Homeowners Association is registered in the State of Florida as a non-profit corporation Homeowners Association (HOA).  The HOA is charged with maintaining the common areas and enforcing the rules and regulations found within the corporate bylaws, Statement of Commitment, Declarations and Covenants which are generally referred to as “Deed Restrictions”.
